Mullum Magic: A Great Day Out as the Season Nears Its Finale
It was all smiles at Mullumbimby on Sunday as we welcomed Luke Woods onboard as the new Mullum club pro — and he hit the ground running with a fantastic junior event that had everyone buzzing.
After a week of unpredictable weather, we struck gold with a picture-perfect day for golf, and the juniors made the most of it.
Noah Adey kept his winning momentum rolling, taking out the 18-hole Gross by a single shot over Jan and Jack in a closely contested finish. In the Nett division, Savanna Abel was once again in top form, smashing her handicap by an incredible eight shots.
The 9-hole competition went right down to the wire, with Daley and Carter locked on the same Gross score — Daley clinched it on countback, while Carter claimed the Nett win. Meanwhile, Ryker extended his unbeaten run in the 5-hole division!
With just days to go until the season finale at Byron this Sunday, the stage is set for an exciting finish to an already standout season!
