Finally, we can finalise the pennant series for another year, 9 divisions were contested over
7 courses, and some very good scores were had in determining the winners. The highlight
was Yamba player Dylan SpagnoIo shooting 2 under par off his 6 handicap for 44 points a
great score in helping his team win Division 4 at Mullumbimby. Division 1 Lismore pipped
Cool/Tweed for the pennant. In other divisions there were some close results a couple by
only 1 point. Teven entered 2 teams and were successful in winning one, division 3 at
Cool/Tweed. Thanks to all players and the host clubs for hosting. Hopefully moving the
series to July/August in 2026 will enable us to miss the “wet” and hold a full series.
